I always observe my dog Trevor and always be inspired by his innocent heart. He has no calculation and just BE. How many times we stop ourselves from doing something we like, because we think we are not good enough, not fit enough, not fast enough, not bla bla bla... Just do what we like, what we want to try, what we are curious about without judging ourselves or calculating the result. When we stop judging or calculating, the energy flows better, creativity and spontaneity follow... The outcome is far beyond we can imagine, but at that point, outcome is not the most important anymore. Trevor doesn't know art, doesn't know performance art nor 5 rhythm dance, he is just BE and he does all these art form without a thought😁 He dances with his two tugs in chaos until he reaches his stillness. He puts himself in a very beautiful composition without an intention or a thought.
